Welcome to Cultivate Resilience!
Building Resilience & Well-Being Through Trauma-Informed Caring
Trauma impacts us all. That’s why we need to work together to build resilience in ourselves, our workplaces, and our communities. Our mission is to build trauma-sensitive communities everywhere! Cultivate Resilience started as a locally-driven organization in Southwest Colorado. In 2020, word of mouth quickly spread, and our work is now expanding across the nation.
We partner with schools, businesses, and non-profits to teach them how trauma impacts our brains, bodies, and behaviors. We also provide ongoing consultation support to organizations as they adopt trauma-sensitive practices that foster resilience and improve outcomes for staff, students, families, and clients.
Whether you're a teenager, an adult, a caregiver, a teacher, a business owner, or a professional, we have the perfect workshop for you. Join us either in person or online to learn valuable skills and techniques that will enhance your resilience and well-being.
Feel free to contact us, visit us on Facebook or Instagram, sign up for our newsletter or make a donation!
"Cultivate Resilience’s work could exponentially improve community outcomes in education, the workforce, the justice system, and healthcare. While we often spend lots of time and energy (and money!) working in silos chasing small improvements in each of the above, they have the lever that can move all of them at once. They have the content expertise and authenticity to build understanding and entice and support action." - Katie M, Uncommon Health Solutions
